3. What We Offer
3.1 New Paradigm Intimacy is an education platform. We produce and host online summits, workshops, retreats, interviews with guest speakers and thought leaders, recorded trainings, digital resources, and community experiences focused on love, relationships, and intimacy.
3.2 Some of our packages include access to AI-powered tools ("AI Tools"). Where included, AI Tools are made available as a supplementary feature of that package and are subject to the fair use conditions set out in clauses 3.4 to 3.8 below.
3.3 We may update, change, replace, remove, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including any event, speaker, session, resource, community feature, or AI Tool.
3.4 We do not guarantee that any specific product, event, speaker, session, recording, resource, or AI Tool will remain available for any particular period.
3.5 AI Tools are provided for your personal educational use only, within the scope of the package you have purchased. You must not use AI Tools to generate content for redistribution, resale, or any commercial purpose beyond your own personal use.
3.6 AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or content that is incomplete or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing and assessing any output before relying on it. We do not warrant that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, lawful, or fit for any particular purpose.
3.7 Fair use applies to all AI Tools included in our packages. Fair use exists to ensure consistent performance and reasonable access for all users. You must not use AI Tools in a manner that is excessive, abnormal, automated, or beyond what we consider consistent with personal educational use.
3.8 If we reasonably determine that your use of any AI Tool is excessive, abusive, inconsistent with fair use, or harmful to our systems or other users, we may, with or without prior notice:
- (a) place limits on your access to that AI Tool;
- (b) suspend or remove your access to that AI Tool; or
- (c) suspend or terminate your access to the Services in accordance with clause 15.
3.9 Any determination about fair use or excessive usage will be made by us acting reasonably, having regard to typical usage patterns, infrastructure costs, third-party provider limits, and the intended scope of the package purchased.
